We manufacture a wide range of small and medium machined components on our lathe, milling and CNC turning machines, to customer drawings and samples. Parts are produced in matched batches so that dimensions, threads and finish stay consistent from the first piece to the last.
The range shown includes threaded bushes with slotted face, machined blocks with fitted pins, hex-base threaded studs, stepped pins with threaded end, nozzle sleeves with tapered tip and cross hole, and turned plastic discs. We machine mild steel, tool steel, SS, HSS, non-ferrous materials, nylon and Teflon.
