Ergonomic, poka-yoke assembly stations for auto components, designed and built in-house around your part, your process and your operator.
An assembly station guides the operator through the correct sequence so that every component is assembled the same way, every time. Built on a rigid aluminium-profile frame, each station is designed around your part and process, with work-holding, parts bins, tooling and error-proofing arranged for easy and comfortable operation.
The stations shown include a bench-type station with a touchscreen display and an electrical control cabinet below, a tall compact station with safety light curtain, pneumatic press head and control cabinet, and a work station with tool balancers, parts bins and an overhead display. Poka-yoke sensing, water leak testing and special gauges can be added as the application needs.
