A good jig or fixture holds the component in the same position every time, so every part comes out the same. We design and manufacture fixtures to suit your component drawing and process, from simple locating plates with pins and bushes to pneumatic clamping fixtures and inspection fixtures.
The fixtures shown include a pneumatic clamping plate with cylinders and locating blocks, aluminium fixtures with carry handles and identification plates, a fixture set up on a machine, and a fixture holding a corrugated hose component. As the design set-up and tool room are in the same premises, changes and modifications are handled quickly.
