Special Purpose Machines (SPM) are built for one job and built to do it well. Starting from your component drawing and process requirement, our design team develops the machine concept, the tooling and the control logic, so the finished machine fits your production line instead of forcing the line to fit the machine.
Each machine is designed, fabricated, assembled and commissioned under one roof. The units shown include an enclosed dispensing unit with an operator touchscreen, display monitor, stack light and electrical control cabinet, and a compact foot-pedal operated unit with a multi-cylinder pneumatic head on a fabricated stand. Poka-yoke provisions, leak-testing arrangements and special gauges can be built in as the application demands.
